Jorek is an Eclipse caste Solar Exalted.
Jorek had always worked for The Guild: in Great Forks, it’s hard to get away from, especially when you have a natural skill for bargaining and getting what you want. With a quick eye, a quick hand, and a quicker tongue, Jorek had been brokering deals for the weapons merchant of The Nine for several years. His Exaltation as an Eclipse Caste came just as he had been double-crossed by a business associate, and with his new power, he journeyed to Nexus in the hopes of using it to further The Guild’s interests… and his own. Cunning, organized, and charming with a devil-may-care attitude, Jorek longed to bring warring groups together under his own banner in Nexus. Now, with his Circle, he is seeking to balance the scales of fate in Creation, having lost so much: friends, allies, an eye, and a daughter he didn’t know he had.
Name: Jorek Wajjel
Hair: Almost black, neck length, brushed or slicked back
Eye: Deep brown, and one poorly fashioned eyepatch
Armor: A light chain shirt worn under his clothes at all times.
Weapon: Having lost so many of his mundane weapons, and one very important artifact bow, Jorek wields Starlight Dove’s powerbow Final Beat (as well as having access to composite bow).
Equipment: Never without quill and ink or some form of currency, he is also in possession of a House Tepet seal and an execution order signed with the full power of House Mnemon. He also proudly wears a circlet fitted with the gemstone that is connected to his manse.
Casual attire: A high-necked, dark green tunic with loose-fitting, flowing pants, tied around the waist with a lighter green sash.
Fancy attire: If possible, a very finely embroidered silk shirt in a rich colour, otherwise a light linen shirt with frog buttons, “Tang style”. Often a dark cape with high collar. Hair up and back in a high bun.
Battle attire: See “casual attire”, with the knowledge that Jorek always has a lightweight chain-shirt under his tunic.
Personality: Cunning and manipulative, unctuous and charming. A wise-cracker with both deep-seated pride in his ability to persuade people and fear of not being as useful as his allies.
Favourite Charms: Motive Discerning Glance, Knowing the Soul’s Price, Deep-Eyed Soul Gazing + Seen & Seeing Method as a sort of “combo charm”

Final Beat Evocations:
Drawing Out The Penitent’s Confession
5m, 1wp (Reflexive)
Upon killing a target, roll Charisma + Socialize: for every success, you may ask the target one question whose spirit (not wording) will be answered completely. You must have dealt the final blow.
Fate Correction Method
10m, 3WP or 1 permanent WP (or 2 WP if in bonfire)
Final Beat understands that sometimes mistakes are made—and they need to be rectified. Activation this Evocation as a supplemental action. Should Final Beat deliver the killing blow on an individual this round of combat, erase the actions of the target from the last three rounds. Words said and damage done are immediately rewound. In this way, you could potentially save a life—or lives—by taking one. (Only the wielder of Final Beat—and any witnessing Sidereal Exalted—remember the rewound actions.)
